Patients

Your first visit

What to expect, what to bring and how fees work.

Step by step

How a first visit works

  1. 1

    Request a time

Book online, call or send a WhatsApp message. We call back to confirm.

  2. 2

    Examination

Your doctor examines you and explains what they find, in plain words.

  3. 3

    Options and estimate

You get your options and the cost in writing before any treatment starts.

What happens on your first visit

  1. Request a time. Send the form, call or WhatsApp us. Our front desk calls back to confirm a slot with your preferred doctor.
  2. Examination and conversation. The dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes an X-ray only if needed, and talks you through what they see.
  3. Options and a written estimate. You get the treatment options, the number of visits and the cost in writing. Nothing starts until you are ready.

What to bring

  • Previous dental or medical reports and X-rays, or photos of them on your phone
  • A list of medicines you take, including blood thinners and diabetes medicines
  • Your insurance or employer reimbursement form, if you plan to claim

Fees and payment

Prices are indicative starting points for a straightforward case, in rupees, including GST where it applies. Your dentist will give you a written estimate after examining you.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash. Itemised bills are given for every visit.

Emergencies

Severe swelling, bleeding that won't stop, a knocked-out tooth or a facial injury? Call us during clinic hours and we will fit you in. Outside hours, or for chest pain, breathing difficulty or a serious injury, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 108.

Appointments

Request an appointment

This form sends a request, not a confirmed booking. Our front desk will call you within clinic hours to confirm the date and time. Please do not use it for emergencies.
